6号申请退款今天还没下来前天发的邮件催的gd 他给我回复请问大家神马意思这是

Most companies will post refunds within 5 to 7 business days, but we cannot open an investigation of the refund not being applied by your method of payment to your account with them until that time frame has passed. Please allow additional time for them to process your refund. If after 7 business days you still do not have your refund, please take a screen shot of your Alipay transactions to verify the funds were not applied to your account and respond to this email with the image file attached. We will then be happy to research this issue for you.

意思就是他们会在7个工作日内退款，不过周末不算工作日，如果说没有在7个工作日内没有退款的话你可以把没有退款的证据传给他们，他们会帮你想办法

是的！一个星期之内会给你退款的再没收到发邮件给他们他们会处理的耐心等待一下

把支付宝的截图给他看，说你没有收到任何退款，有的退款较慢，大概要10天左右的

那就不好办了如果你的账户钱一直没变好办再等等吧放心应该会退给你的 GD信誉还是有保证的
