godaddy客服回了一个信不懂什么意思请帮忙解释下

我添加这个域名logogood.com时,点"Add Domain"的时候老是提醒出错

然后我发信给godaddy客服,她回了以下一个信过来,不懂什么意思,请楼上帮忙解释下,谢谢

你的新添加的这个域名是怎么回事？在其他主机上正用起的？？没改DNS设置？

就是这个域名logogood.com不能添加,但这个域名能可以指向到别的空间能正常使用,就是不能绷定在godaddy空间,后来我也让以前那个空间商删除了此域名的绷定但还是不能添加,不知道怎么回事,godaddy客服在上面发的pdf文档给我,我又看不懂英文,请帮忙解释以及我改怎么操作呢?谢谢!
