他们可以帮你换成apache 2.0。但更换后，可能需要你自己更新域名的 nameservers，因为新服务器不一定会用原来设置的那个 nameserver。

并且备份所有你关于你帐户的资料，包括你的sql databases,email aliased, filters, home directory.(楼主列举的下面的项目是个表格，你就填上就行了）


另外，告诉他们你的账户用户名称，和信用卡的最后四位数字。他们确认后，就可以动手了，你的网站要关闭上一段时间。
