问题关于数据库concurrent connections

刚刚大致问了一下， bluehost是20 concurrent connections
hostgator 是25个
ixwebhosting不限制（但是大陆访问比上面2个慢）

请问20个concurrent connections 大概支持discuz论坛多少人同时在线呢？

如果中小型论坛，有必要牺牲速度而使用无concurrent connections 限制的空间吗？

没有必要，只要数据库不是一直保持连接，支持几百人在线没有问题
