我们实在没办法，因为我们网站是以软件为专题的免费网站，如果连普通的国内外免费软件都不许存放请问我们还能做什么呢？
现在我空间正式使用不到一个月，刚刚过了试用期，请问能否给与我退款，保证双方的利益。
若不能退款，请问你们是否给我一个存放资源的标准，哪些资源能够存放哪些是严禁存放的。
我非常喜欢你们的空间，价廉物美，唯独过分严格使我难以接受，若按照你们的要求，我网站根本无法继续下去。
请你们给与我详细答复，谢谢！

你首先要冷靜下來, 清楚你要做什麼.
不論你說什麼, 他們是不會讓步的, 因為這不是一間小公司, 是一間大公司來的.
大公司做事是根據原則和條款, 我可以肯定他們一定不會讓步的.
這篇類似的話之前已經說了, 現在說那麼多次是沒用的.
