急求一封英文信

因我的godaddy主机被自动续费了。扣了信用卡的钱,我要求godaddy退钱给我,不知道是不是我之前写的那封信godaddy没有理解,他回信如下:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for taking time to contact Online Support.  You had inquired as to why you have not been refunded for your hosting account that has been renewed.  In order to refund a hosting account for you, we will need you to cancel the purchase and inform us it has been canceled.

To cancel a service from within your account

• Select 'Payments and Renewing Items' from the 'Renewals & Upgrades' menu.
• Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Item' button.
• Select 'Cancel Now' or 'Cancel at Expiration Date' in the menu that appears to the right.
• Click on 'Save Changes'.

*Canceling now will immediately remove the service from your account. If you choose to “Cancel at Expiration Date” the service will remain active until the date specified and will not be renewed.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

好像是要我从后台取消续费,但听说已经自动续费了的后台取消也没用,要跟godaddy客服联系。麻烦帮我写一封英文信,告诉godaddy,我的已经被自动续费了,扣了钱,告诉godaddy不再使用他的主机,退回钱给我。谢谢了。

我的用戶已經被續費了, 但我現在只想取回已經被扣繳的費用.

  3. That service was renewed already by the system.
  4. However, from now on, I just want to cancel the service and get back the refund that was deducted for renewal.
