讨论一下SEDO上买卖域名

期望大家都来讨论下: www.sedo.com  上买卖域名的问题. 我先来说下我的注册过程. 期望能有更多朋友参加 .
1. 注册的e-mail , 不能是免费邮箱 , 要求是ISP邮箱或付费邮箱 . yahoo , gmail , hotmail , 163等都不能通过注册 .
2. 开始我登陆中文站 ,  注册帐户 . 测试几个免费邮箱都不能完成注册 , 使用我的ISP邮箱 ,  可以通过注册的2步的邮箱测试 , 但是不能完成后面的步骤 .  
    如果完成了2步的, 可以登陆自己的帐户 ,  但是不能提交想卖的域名等其他功能 . 在中文站里 , 不能找到帐户确认的相关信息连接. 然后, 你可以登陆英语站点 , 点击功能连接,例如: 添加米.  自动提示: 请确认e-mail的连接 . 可以在发确认e-mail . 但是我发了几次, 我都不能收到确认e-mail , 我进入邮箱关闭垃圾功能,  还是不能收到. 最后只好放弃这个帐户了 ,
3. 我登陆  www.sedo.com  英语站点, 从新注册一个帐户 . 使用新浪邮箱-@sina.com  , 成功通过全部注册 . 进入新浪邮箱 , 不能看见自己的SEDO确认e-mail的邮件 ,  我立即进入垃圾文件夹 , 成功找到了 , 点击确认e-mail的连接 , 完成注册, OK .
经过2次注册,总结几句:
   A. 注册邮箱使用你的ISP邮箱 或  新浪邮箱-@sina.com
   B. 建议使用英语站点 , 中文站点有的时候有乱码 .
   B, 如果你提出最底价格, 如果有人提交的价格低于你的最低价 , 那么不会显示和提交信息给你 ,
       提交最底价格不能超过10000$ . 如果超出10000刀要通过他们的评估 ,  怎么评估我 就步知道了 .
   D. 如果你想显示在首页, 需要50$ . 如果你想显示在分类 , 需要9$ .  
   E. 中介费是: 10% , 有点贵的哟 .
   F.  注册到2步, 要求提交相关的要求: 分类, 要求价格 , 最低价格 ,  货币种类等. 选择好一种就点↓ 就可以了 , 想更换就重新选择, 再点  ↓ , 参考后边的图片.
有几个问题我有点不明白. 请指教.
关于请求价格: ask Price 我还不明白 ,  我不能添加自己的:" 请求价格: ask Price ". 大概意思是商量价格 ,  但是我 不能添加, 页不知道怎么的操作 .
  最后贴上SEDO的价格说明, 请兄弟分析下 .

Price:
You can set a price for your domain in this field. As soon as you enter a price, you are also required to choose the
corresponding currency. It is also necessary to specify whether the price is a fixed price or open to negotiation.
Leave the field blank if you wish not to specify a price (though you still need to specify a currency).

Fixed price:
The system only accepts offers which exactly match your specified fixed price. Please note that, once your given
price is matched, you are obliged to sell at this price!

No price specification:
All offers, irrespective of amount, will be forwarded to you.

Minimum offer:
This is where you can specify which incoming offers are forwarded to you.
Once you have specified a minimum offer, all offers which do not match or exceed this amount will be automatically
rejected by the system. Prospective buyers are then encouraged to make a higher bid.
If the 'fixed price' option has been selected, entering a minimum offer will have no effect on offers that do not
match the fixed price amount.
Please note:
Please note that setting a minimum offer is not essential if you wish to sell your domain. You should only enter a
minimum offer if you wish to filter out a large number of low offers.

下面是官方的价格说明. 我注册的时候还设置了个最低价, 后来想去弄个商议价格-Asking Price, 结果弄得最低价都没有了.
关于这个: 商议价格-Asking Price,  请熟悉或英语好的兄弟给个准确的解释 .

In order to provide you with maximum flexibility when negotiating your sales, we offer you various pricing options which you can assign to each of your domains. The options are as follows:

• Minimum offer: Once you have entered a minimum offer, any offers below that amount are automatically rejected by the system. In this case, interested parties are encouraged to make another, higher bid.

• Asking Price: The price you enter is used as a basis for negotiation. You are not obliged to sell at this price. If you do not enter a price, your domain will be listed as 'Make Offer'. All offers received are passed on to you by email.

• Fixed Price: Offers are only accepted if they match your exact price. You are however legally obliged to accept this offer! Should you decide to set a fixed price, please enter the fixed price in the ‘Asking Price’ field and type the letters ‘FP’ in the ‘Minimum Offer’ field.

大致意思如下：

为了让你在销售的谈判中拥有最大的自由性，我们为你提供了3种标价方式供选择：

底价制：在你采用这种标价方式后，每当有购买者出价低于你所定的底价时，系统会自动给予驳回。在这种情况下，如果对此域名感兴趣的购买者将会被鼓动出更高的价格。

寻价制：在这种标价方式下，你所标的价只是为了和购买者谈判的。购买者并不能以该价格来强迫购买。当然，如果你没有给出寻价的具体价格，你所出售的域名将会被自动列入“MAKE OFFER”（买家寻盘）。所有的寻盘都会发送到你的邮件中。

定价制：该标价方式下，你所标的价格将是最终的成交价，只要买家愿意出到这个价格，他们将有权利购买你所出售的域名。如果你决定采用定价制出售，请将你的最终出售价格填入“寻价制”一栏中，并在“底价制”一栏中输入“FP”（以表示该域名是以固定价格出售）
