楼主的中文提示过于汉化，如果要翻译给外国人看，最好提供完整且容易被正确翻译的中文。

I have reduced the resource utilization as requested. Could you please move me back to the original server. If it's possible, please assign me with the previous dedicated IP. As you can understand, now my site is not accessible by any China users. I will really appreciate if you can help me in your earliest convenience.
