紧急求助：我买的HostGator空间被关了！

我突然发现空间登录不上去，连FTP也等不上去，显示：
This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible.
然后收到一封来自HostGator Abuse的信：
[#GIA-888097]: Suspended Account
Hello,
We have been forced to suspend the hgyyy account on the gator158
server. This account was causing apache connection issues and high loads on
the server. Please review the logs below and let us know what will be
done to prevent this.
大概意思是不是我流量超标？我原来的空间是baby
我就回了一封信

I will upgrade the Swamp immediately after solving to break down, thanks!
说要求给我开通以便检查解决问题和我会升级Swamp
结果回信是：
This is not a case of upgrading to the Swamp package.  If this is
normal traffic you will need to upgrade to the semi-dedicated plan or a
dedicated server.  If this traffic is going to be not be coming in I will
re-active the site.  If not I can only allow FTP access into the server
until the issue is resolved.
大概是说如果是正常流量升级Swamp是不行的，可能要求我升级semi-dedicated或dedicated server。
但是我无法上FTP，看不见问题所在，难道要升级了才能上FTP？还是空间就永远不会给我开了？我要怎么写信给这个部门才能上FTP下载数据？还是就是直接到官网升级到semi-dedicated才能开？
老大，我催了几封信都没有回音了，我也去升级了semi-dedicated，但是要等12－24小时。是不是升级了空间就会给我开通不需要写信要求什么的？显示的账户终止并不是永久终止？我的数据啊～～～

升级了应该没问题,等他们的回复把,要么就用live chat那个
