BlueHost的空间Ip被封掉之后的客服回复，版主帮我看下

If your ip address is being blocked, we can move your account to a server that you can connect to. Please run a traceroute to a number of our servers, then let us know which one responds completely.

To find a server that you can connect to, please do the following:

For windows XP:

Click Start -> Run, type CMD, press enter. -- this brings up the command prompt.

type "tracert box##.bluehost.com" (replace ## with any number from 100 to 194) and press enter. --this will take a second. leave it untill you get the > prompt again.

Please let us know which server responds best, and we can move your account to that server.



Moving your account would cause about 4 hours of downtime, so please include either the password or the last 4 digits of the credit card number on the account as verification, along with a timeframe in which you would prefer to move the account.这段不太明白，版主帮忙解释下，搞不清楚是收费还是免费的。。

免费的。他的意思是说可以帮你把网站移动到可以访问的服务器上。叫你查一下路由表，看看哪个服务器你可以访问，下面是告诉你如何查的。

最后一段是说移动网站会4个小时不能访问。叫你把密码或者是信用卡号码的末四位，你要他们移动网站的时间段告诉他们。

测试了下tracert，居然每个都19次才到bluehost，也不知道哪个好些？！
是不是只要到了bluehost，就说明没问题？还是有什么判断标准？

一般来说中间经过的越少越好，但应该都没什么区别的，那些机器应该都在一个机房
