Any duplicated or rejected orders from Alipay have been refunded back to that payment method and you will need to discuss any further issues with those order with that provider.

我买了一个域名付款了3次前两次失败但是收了钱，我申请了退回多余的款项但是他回了这封信

申请了退款，检查下你的账户是否收到了退款的订单！

申请退款，一般godaddy会给你退钱的，等待5-7天！可以联系godaddy客服问问
