google apps 的email是不是不正常？

我等了很久了，一开始是不能发邮件，只能收邮件，没过1小时，就可以发邮件了，但是我收不到邮件

我测试了几十次，都收不到邮件，发出去的不到1分钟就收到退回的邮件：

请问下，关于google apps，好像需要DNS指向google吧？那不是就不能拿来建站？？
