We have been monitoring the Hardware Node your VPS is housed on as the server load spiked early today. After hours of monitoring we have come to the conclusion that your sole VPS, VEID 860, is using too much CPU power thus causing a bad experience for the rest of the Virtual Environments on this Hardware Node.
It seems your SQL server is the culprit and has been shutdown until you can either tweak the settings or offload the VPS.
If you wish to view graphs of your CPU usage, please login to your HyperVM panel and click on "graphs" then click on "CPUusage" and you will notice that your VPS load went through the roof around 1PM Central Standard Time and remained at a high load for several hours until we intervened. CPU spikes of this nature can only last for 10 - 15 minutes per our policy.
Let us know if you have any questions about this situation. Since we took down your mysql server, the Hardware Node is now running optimally, so it is safe to say that we will need you to address this problem on your VPS.
Have a nice day!
Best Regards,
