昨天BLUEHOST给我回了一封信。



       就是说让我把信用卡的正面和反面的图片发给他们，和PHOTO ID的，我在网上查了一下PHOTOID 就是身份证，我把我的身份证也发给他们了。



       但他们到现在也没给我回信。难道是验证通不过吗？就算是验证通不过他们也该给我回个信啊。



       到现在也没收到他们的回信。



       也没有激活我的帐户。





       这是他们的信。

Due to certain items contained in the account information, this account was flagged for a suspicion of fraud. For security reasons, this flag caused the system to deactivate your account.  We apologize and would be happy to reactivate the account.



To reactivate your account, please fax or email a copy of your photo ID and the front and back of the credit card that was charged. You can white out all but the last four card numbers on the card front. If you signed up through PayPal we will need a copy of a government issued ID, the password on the account, and the PayPal e-mail. You can also contact via telephone during the day.



You can fax the documents to 801-765-1992 ATTN: Verification, reply to this email with the attachments, or you can reach our verification department by phone between 9am-8pm MST Monday-Saturday, at (888)401-4678 option 4.



The system is designed to do this to prevent fraudulent accounts from being created.

       这个空间已经停了好几天了，我真是太着急了，这么拖下去我担误了好多事。管理员您遇到过这样的问题吗？您看怎么办？我应该怎样通过验证？给他们打电话？

如果还是通不过难证，请问退钱怎么退呢，手续是怎么办？

退了钱我好再买个其它的，

没想到BLUEHOST这么费事，他们在中国有办事处吗？

有客服吗？怎么和他们在中国的客服联系。

没想到花了钱还通不过，哎。。。。。
