刚才看了一下我的VISA,奇怪没扣款!

你的账户开通过么，如果是开通了又关闭应该是需要你确认信息的，你可以打他们的电话确认你的订单。
一般来说会有邮件通知你如何操作的，联系sales，应该不是技术管的问题

有些空间是必须要电话确认的。建议找个口语一般的朋友帮忙就可以了
