請你為我跟進一下,我的域名bymacau.com從godaddy轉移過來的情況,等了很多時間,都收不到確認轉移信,email是我本人,等了很多時間仍是收不到,跟進一下

我在域名控制台中對這個域名修改了鎖或解鎖的狀態,但在whois是沒有被更新到,我估計可能是控制台對鎖或解鎖域名出了問題,使到我的域名不能鎖或解鎖,請你幫忙...

I am sorry , I am waiting for a long time , but i haven't got the transfer letter of my domian. I changed the status of lock and unlock of the domain, but there is no refresh on whois. Could you mind give lend me a hand.
