By purchasing a Dedicated IP we will be adding a new IP address to your server for you to exclusively access your account. Having a Dedicated IP will allow you to install and use some items that require your website to have it's own Dedicated IP.

Dedicated IP's are sold for $2.50 a month (prorated). Since they are purchased to match the length of your hosting contract, you are charged $2.50 a month for the number of months remaining in your hosting account.

Example: $2.50 a month x 24 months remaining in contract = $60.00 total due at purchase.

Important:
Your site will be down to you for approximately 4 hours while your new IP resolves itself internally. After that standard DNS propagation rules still apply and your site may not be visible for 24-48 hours while global propagation occurs.
