如何要回被BLUEHOST自动扣掉的钱？

1年前我在bluehost.com购买一个虚拟主机，用信用卡支付美元，如今到期我也不想用，没再理会，没想到今天发现我的信用卡竟然被扣除95美元支付给了bluehost。
请问我这方面经验的朋友，我该怎么做？我如何讨回我的权益？

交易日期是2007年11月28日。

现在连BLUEHOST的网站都上不了，天哪，无缘无故要付700元，现在什么都涨就工资没涨，700元真的很宝贵。

+1是只国际区号表示美国

+86是中国。
