给dreamhost写封信，关于帐户pending的问题

请帮忙翻译一下：

我在2007年11月6日购买了一个空间，我的登陆帐号是：xx，我的帐户编号是 #xxxxxx

到目前仍然是(pending)状态

请问下一步该如何操作？

其实我也是不知道该说什么，老大有什么建议吗？另外邮件应该发给哪个邮箱？

But it keeps "pending“ status.
