再次请求帮助!HM空间老出问题!（已解決問題）

斑竹和各高手救命啊,我快崩溃了!出现很奇怪的问题!
555,快崩溃了真是!
之前联系了论坛的收费技术支持客服,但是被告知必须是在这里购买了空间的才可以做收费技术支持T_T
我想向HM客服表达以下的意思--

我的账号是thsj.org,网址是http://p.ioyo.net.
从三天前开始,我的空间出现以下情况
1.大多数时候,刚联网可以打开网站和FTP,2-8分钟后便不能再打开
2.偶尔可以打开网站的时候,同一文件夹有的文件可以显示,有的不显示,每次不显示的内容都不同
HM官网和账号管理都可以正常登陆,请帮助我查找出现问题的原因.

这里不明白==|||

这两句意思是：
您在用什么ftp软件？
您在用什么连接方式？（一般的程序应该选择二进制模式）

host是主机的意思。
