I have merged your two tickets on this issue into one to avoid further delays and confusion.
Unfortunately we are not able to enable and charge for a dedicated ip for only 3 months. It is set up to be $2.50 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term and you are on a 12 month term.
Please advise how you wish to proceed.
