“这几天从美国时间9月12日凌成1点开始，PHP间歇性出现 500 Internal Server Error 错误，而静态文件访问则完全没有问题，我可以确定不是我站点程序的问题，因为我的同服务器其他PHP站点也出现这种问题，而每个站点所用的程序都是不同的，烦请您给解决一下这个问题，非常感谢”

我想可能是目录权限的问题 ..
有ssh权限吗？给根目录做一个 chmod 755 -R *试试

Basically, what's happening is you're going over the 10 process limit and your site is being throttled as a result. Once the processes stop running or are killed off then the site starts responding normally again. There are no issues on the server and it is doing exactly what it should. In order to have more running processes at one time you would need to move to BusinessClass (allows for 20) or a VPS or Dedicated server (unlimited running processes).

谢谢版主，这种情况就百思不得其解了，这种情况只出现在下午1点多到晚上7点多，也就是美国时间凌晨 1点多到 7点多左右，以后就不出现了
所以请版主再帮我增加一句补充说明的翻译，谢谢
“这种情况下只出现在美国时间凌晨1点多到早上7点多，其他时间不会出现，而我每天的ip也就是50个左右，PV也就是600左右，GZIP压缩也没有启用，理论上来说不应该出现进程数过多的情况“
