Hello,

Changing the dedicated IP would not resolve the issue. We can, however, offer you a one time server move. If this is acceptable to you, please provide us with the following:

This may require that you update the nameservers for your domain after the move, as the new server may not use the same nameserver set that your account is currently on. This would be done at your registrar *after* we've confirmed that your account has been moved to the new server. Please advise if this is acceptable.

换独立IP不能解决问题,如果需要换服务器,请提供下列资料:

换服务器后需要你升级nameserver,因为新服务器可能用的不同的nameserver。这回在我们确认你的帐户换到新服务器后完成。
