所以不着急了，独立IP慢慢买，就可以了。

他晕我更晕，他说让我先换个服务器，再买独立IP才可以解决不能访问的问题。

I apologize for the confusion. Jitto had previously suggested if your website is blocked by The Great Firewall of China (GFOC), it is recommended to move your account to a non-blocking server, then you may purchase the dedicated IP.


The dedicated IP will not work to resolve this issue, as the server will still be blocked.

From the traceroute, it appears that your website is indeed blocked by the GFOC. We can offer a one-time account move to a server that is currently not blocked.

如果IP被GΓШ封了，买个独立IP，问题就搞定了
