查出什么原因了 但是还是不明白

We do apologize for this inconvenience. But we have received a Chargeback from your Visa Card Company saying that the card owner stated it as a fraudulent charge. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity with our company and therefore your site was deleted.  Since the funds have been taken out by the Visa Card Company already, in order to reactivate the account you will need to verify that you are the account owner as well as pay the chargeback amount and reactivation fee, which totals: $120.40.

To give verification, please fax or email a copy of your photo ID and the front and back of the credit card that was charged. You can also contact via telephone during the day. Fax: 1(801)765-1992.  Email:billing@hostmonster.com.

持卡人通知银行拒付
估计是盗刷别人的卡,或者你被别人骗了

发卡放退款,估计是盗刷,或者是被骗
