当买家收到完好且使用正常的货物后,给买家发送一封简短温馨的感谢邮件,不仅能够提高买家对卖家的好感度,而且能够增加买家对卖家的好评度,为卖家创造二次销售的机会,并且吸引来更多客户。卖家一旦收到买家的付款,应该及时感谢买家的付款,同时给买家做出留良好评价的示范,买家都会对这种服务感到欣喜。而来自大洋彼岸的问候哪怕只言片语都能让买家倍感温馨,如果卖家可以结合国外的各种节日在包裹里附上感谢卡或者感谢信,感谢买家对自己商品的选择,会让买家对卖家的好感度更进一步。
