lp购买，开通信收到，域名问题？

1.lp的购买，开通信收到了，我的域名是自己的，不知如何转向？我没有看到可以用的临时网址或者ip？
注：我是购买的独立ip，还没有到！
2. ftp地址是多少的？都是公用吗？下面是哪个？
In order to use your own domain name at Lunarpages you must change the name servers to the following:
ns1.lunarservers.com
ns2.lunarservers.com

If your registrar requires the IP addresses:

ns1.lunarservers.com: 209.200.238.4
ns2.lunarservers.com: 209.200.237.4
