1。国外打不开
2。国内打不开

看清楚你的trace route,到底是那种情况

解决1：投诉godaddy.
把你的trace route 文件加到附件里
         
       投诉魔板如下供参考：
Hi Godaddy,

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed for the host plan now.Attached is the trace route, please check. It’s quite clear that the request timed out at godday’s server. Please repair it as soon as possible.
My web page cannot be opened  even in American cities. Here is my test URL: http://internetsupervision.com（在这个网站测试一下你的网站，如果在国外打不开就把结果贴在后面）

解决2：

投诉电信，就说无法访问这个网站，让他给解决。你不要说你是做网站的阿，谁让你不BeiAn做网站的？他就有理了
把trace route给投诉上去，就是你们电信的问题，我用你的网络你就得给解决。

解决3：投诉电信和godaddy
