Hello Cai,

Thank you for your willingness to work with us to find a solution. I checked with one of our senior techs and found out that we don't really have the ability to assign a specific IP address as the numbers are assigned sequentially by our routing hardware.

I understand if you still want to go forward with the cancellation; if so please let me know and we can process it immediately.
