19号买的，20号就锁了

我的空间19号买的一个空间一个域名，当时半天上不了file manage，第二天就锁了，说账号有问题，要我上传付款人身份证明，我上传后第二天回复了，说审核没有通过，怎么办？而且现在域名都删除了。
