谢谢了,又要麻烦大家了.我收到的一封邮件,但是不太明白他所说的意思,希望朋友们能帮忙译译.谢谢了.
We apologize for the delay in regards to updates. We have not yet started the migration due to not having the passwords to the servers as expected. We received the details today, and will be getitng additional hardware tomorrow to setup enough nodes for the requests we've been getting as far as those customers who wish to renew.
Also, for those who pay monthly, and who have actually been paying up until now, we will keep your same billing dates. For everyone else, we will put you on the 1st of the month, and if you wish to change the date, we can also accomodate those requests.
Just as a reminder, we are not responding to any TeamVPS Keeper e-mails. We are also not supporting any of TeamVPS's current servers.
Starting tomorrow, those who have opted to have their account transitioned to Virpus, will begin to receive e-mails as the accounts are moved over. As a reminder, this will require a migration of your VPS from TeamVPS equipment to Virpus equipment. You will keep your current IP addresses and the data will remian intact. It will require a few moments of downtime while we stop your VPS and resync data to verify all data was moved. It should only take a max of 10 minutes, but usually its done in only a few seconds/minutes depending on how much data you have.
Note all accounts are being moved over tomorrow. We're doing the migration in segments. It will last possibly until the end of next week, so please do not expect an e-mail tomorrow - we're only saying we're starting the transition tomorrow.
Once again, if you want your VPS moved over, send an e-mail to sales@myvirpus.com with subject "TeamVPS Keepr" without the quotes. Including your account information (IP address, and name on the account will do just fine).
Should you have any questions or concerns, e-mail us at sales@myvirpus.com.
Thank you,
Kenneth Odem, CEO
