A refund receipt with the refund number listed in the email you received has been recorded in your account. This means the funds have been processed from our system back to Alipay. You will need to contact Alipay for further information on the refund as the status of the refund is now outside of our control.


You can view, print, and search your previous orders.



To Access Your Order History




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the My Account menu, click Order History.

On the Order History page, you can do the following:



To view a receipt, click the receipt number.

To print a receipt, click Printable Version at the top of the receipt.

To search your receipts by product, select the product from the By Product Type list and click Go.

To search your receipts by domain name, enter the domain in the By Domain Name field and then click Go.

You told me that my money has been refund via Alipay. But when I checked my Alipay account it doesn't appear the money has been refund. I wonder if you can provide the Alipay Transaction Number of the refund so I can take further investigation. Also please have a check at your part if the Alipay refund has been made.
