为什么bluehost 越来越慢~~

我以前觉得bluehost速度应该还好,ping值是大概是165--175, 现在感觉到是越来越慢了,ping值是: 305--400   , 但有个共同特点就是掉包比较严重,非常不稳定,  ip: 69.89.31.187

应该是中国大陆的问题吧！我这里（马来西亚）上bluehost 没速度上的问题
