我也是这么认为的,所以才放心的购买邮局了。但是他们说这个钱已经给域名续费了,没有办法退款了,并且要我再为这个邮局付款。这才是我非常生气的原因。

they need to set up outlook.
but i set as your instructions to input pop3 server: grand-beauty.com

i have open one Lunarpages Basic Plan Hosting in 2009-02-20 with this domain: chinabay.net, this domains is register insitelutions.
and you salesman told me: i can register one domian for free later.
so i register this domian lunarcn.com in 2009-02-20, but you recharged me USD19.95!
i have ask you give me the refundments of the domain of lunarcn.com,
but your salesman told me the domian is belongs to another plans! and refused give me the refundment!

and do not open the email host for me!
and then your billing send me mail to notice me to pay for the mail only host plan brazenly and shamelessly!
i want to know which law said if i buy your products and must renew in the next year? other waise you should change my other paying`s application to renew for it?

Hello Xinping,
I am sorry for any confusion in this matter.
I have notified our upper management to look into the Outlook setup instruction information.
I located your account for chinabay.net / china251 and I see you have not used the one year free domain for that account and you are still within 30 days so you are eligible for this however you purchased the lunarcn.com domain from within your Customer Account Panel as a separate domain only plan which is why you were charged for the domain. To take advantage of the free for one year domain offer, you must have our billing staff register it for you so you will not be billed. I am sorry for any confusion.
I will be happy to refund this for you and then move the domain registration and billing from the domain plan over to the hosting account and then cancel the domain plan. I see the hosting account is currently suspended for past due payment, so before we can refund the domain fee and move it over, you will need to pay for the hosting account so it can be unsuspended.
As long as that account is past due you will continue to receive renewal reminders for it. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
If you no longer need that account and wish to cancel it you need to let us know however if you cancel that account you would no longer be eligible for the one year free domain. You have confused me when you state the following for chinabay.net : "i have reply to you that i did not need the host and domain anymore!"
You need to clarify exactly which account you wish to keep, which domain, and any accounts you wish to close.
When you purchased the email plan, you had past due bills for other accounts which is why any monies paid would first go to the past due bills owed. You are unable to submit money to a master username for something new if you have past due bills as the money would be applied to the past due bills first. I am sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause but this is how our automated billing system works.
As for your question about what law states you must renew for the next year,, please see the following policy:
All accounts are set to autorenew per the terms of service you agreed to upon sign up. We bill all account renewals & domain name renewals 14 days in advance.
So, if there are any issues with the re-bill, you will have 14 days to make any necessary changes to your billing information without interruption of service.
To prevent auto renewals from occurring you will need to remove the credit card from your account. This is done in your CAP: https://account.lunarpages.com under Contact/Billing Information. You would need to change your payment method to Check/Money Order.
You would then receive renewal reminders which will contain a payment link to follow to make the payment (if you choose to do so) using the payment method of your choice.
This being said, please let us know exactly which accounts and domains you wish to keep and which you need to close so we can make the proper billing changes for you.
We will need the following for all accounts involved before we can make any changes:
