晕死.LP不备份文件的,删除了我所有文件
在申请到信用卡的时候使用paypal来支付,然而paypal老是对LP的支付链接安全检查,老是不成功,让我一直在处理PAYPAL的支付问题,也告诉LP是PAYPAL在支付问题,让LP给我点时间来处理,2个月的PAYPAL还是不能对LP的链接支付,我烦死了于是直接信用卡支付,但我发现,LP把我的旧文件上的所有文件都删除了,晕死,我哭笑不得,我的文件啊,我以为这么大的公司,应该让文件保留一下,我是升级的,只是因封了国内的,我也付款了有钱一直在使用的,只是想升级VPS的,所以,即使不升级VPS,我的空间仍没到期,LP不应该删除我的文件,竟然现在,我的文件全没有了,何理啊.我许多文件在上面啊,没备份过的啊.......
这样的情况,我如何是好?

I have reviewed our internal notes on your account, and unfortunately, it appears that the account had been deleted from our shared server in early February. Payment failed and continued to fail over several attempts. As the account had no successful payment for such an extended period of time, the payment system automatically deleted the account. Successful payment was eventually made for the VPS upgrade, but only after the payment system had automatically marked the account for deletion and removed it from the shared server. Since this occurred in the first week of February, we would not have any backups available to provide you with. Please let us know if you have any backups of your site files/databases to restore and if you would still like to proceed with the VPS upgrade or if you would prefer a refund and to seek an alternative web host.
