申请Hostmonster退款是否成功？

申请的Hostmonster只能通过袋里访问，据说IP被中国长城宽带封了，在中国不能访问。
于是我申请退款，官方给我回复了个，内容如下：
Your hosting account under the primary domain name XXXX.com, has been canceled at your request. A full refund of $94.80 has now been processed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be completed by your bank or credit card company, and applied to the credit/debit card that was used for the original transaction.

If you decide you would like to host with Hostmonster at a later date, please contact our Billing Department to create a hosting account again, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
