说我过度使用资源，空间被删了，退了78美金

郁闷。。。请问这个大概是什么原因啊
空间使用了180G，基本上每天也就5人在线。。。流量一个月绝不超过30G额。。。
还有可能要回来吗？或者至少把数据让我备份额
