首先联系lunarpages的sales部门，告诉他们你要购买独立IP，并提供给他们你的付款方法，密码的第一位和最后一位，详细的邮寄地址（包括街道地址，市，省，国家，邮编，要和你写在lunarpages主机账户里面的信息一致，记不清的可以登陆察看一下），电话号码。ticket的提交方法请参考：http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-5609-1-1.html

不会英语的可以按照这个范本修改一下信息即可：

邮件下面是告诉你如何测试路由,等等,不用去管它
如果使用的是lunarpages的NS,解析会自动做好,如果使用的是其他地方的NS，需要重新做好解析。然后等解析生效就可以了。

经过我们测试，整个过程一共用去10多个小时。
你收到的邮件可能和上面给出的内容不完全一样，如果不清楚什么意思，可以发到论坛上我们帮你看，也可以用Google的翻译查看。

其实还是买一个IP方便，换了服务器还是可能被封

只有第一次购买可以用优惠券。
买空间的时候一起买独立IP，用percent26优惠比28off多

后悔当初买的时候没买独立ip，第一次买国外空间，没经验，下次就算再多也要独立ip的！
