后来它又回复了:

老大，帮我看看这句话什么意思呀? The funds would not have been refunded directly but would have been credited to your new Windows account.是不是说退款不会直接退到我的卡上，而是留在我的windows账户中？  但是12月5号的时候说是退的呀。今天这么说是在不明白什么意思。

对，退款会留给你的新的windows帐户。不知道你和他沟通出了什么问题。

一般情况是可以退还给本人帐户的，paypal，信用卡，银行卡，支票都可以退回自己帐户
