本人在LP官方论坛上的询问：I just signed up for one year basic plan plus a dedicated IP and submitted my payment via Stratocash. How long does the activation process take?
LP官方论坛上工作人员的答复： Most new accounts are setup within 24 hours of us getting notification of your payment. Once your account has been activated you will get a welcome E-mail in your inbox with all your login information and account details. If you have any other questions about your account you can always drop us an E-mail at
sales@lunarpages.com and we will be happy to help. Thanks
LP官方论坛上另一位工作人员的类似答复：It takes a little longer for paypal payments to get to us but soon as it does we will confirm by a phone call (usually) then activate the account, then you will get welcome and critical account emails sent to you with your login info among lots other stuff.
LP官方论坛上过来人的提醒： Keep an eye out for your "Welcome" e-mail. Be aware that many new customers have had problems with their ISP's e-mail service discarding this e-mail as "spam", due to the large number of links in it. Check your "spam" or "junk mail" e-mail folder too, as the Welcome e-mail frequently ends up there. If it doesn't show up within a day or so of the payment clearing, e-mail to support or billing at lunarpages to have them resend the information.
Did LP ever get around to revamping their Welcome e-mail so it didn't have so many links? I told them repeatedly that they should pull out all the common links and put them on a fixed page, and put only one link to that page in the e-mail.
