LP的续费邮件,我不是很明白,求助

以上这个是LP客服给我的邮件,但是他给的链接里的费用怎么比之前他告诉我的应付款多这么多啊?
我是想续费两年,包括两年的独立IP,本来他们告诉我两百三十多美金的,但现在这里给出我的如果我选择了全部达到三百多美金,接近三千人民币啊,都快赶上VPS了.没勾选的那两项是什么意思呢?我应该选哪一项还是得两项全选呢?

谢谢版主您了,161美金我已经付了,这是付款后他们给我的回复邮件.这上面的意思是指我付款后的意思吗？还是我另外还需要付161美金呢?谢谢您了.

再次谢谢热心的一路同行朋友,
我还有一个疑问就是,之前LP客服给我说的续约两年的价格是二百多美金,但现在他们给的这个付款链接中合计起来是三百多近四百美金.这一点我很困惑.我不知道一楼图片中的这个$166.80这一项是什么的费用,而161.40这一项又是什么费用.
