I'm Grant - and I'm from the Billing Team at VAServ.

I think it's important to let you know that the team is continuing to work hard, non-stop, at getting everything back to normal for you. As I speak my colleagues are working on getting things back up and running and communicating this with you. We hope that many of you are already at some place of normality, but for others this may be a further reach - we hope we hope to make it there for you very soon.

With this kind of operation things do get a little tricky and we understand that individual clients will have individual needs and problems, which can be addressed at our support desk. Unfortunately there will inevitably be delays in our response, but we are not ignoring you and we will get back to you as soon as is possible. We don't want to leave you wondering. Equally, I would ask that non-urgent requests were saved for a later time while the team work through the most pressing problems at this moment.

We're updating our status page with information as we know it. We want to give you as much information as accurately possible as it makes our jobs easier. Any clients who are experiencing urgent difficulties to the contrary - please do get in touch via our support desk. Our intention is always to provide the most accurate information available.

As a Billing Rep I'll remind you that:

- We'll be issuing clients who have experienced downtime in this instance with 1 months worth of credit
- We'll be issuing clients who have experienced downtime and loss of data in this instance with 2 months worth of credit

I understand that both/either of these situations will be upsetting and frustrating for many. To activate these credits please submit a BILLING ticket entitled "SLA Request", or reply to our previous email. We would very much appreciate it if you could wait until a "Reason For Outage" has been announced and things have calmed down before submitting this.

Over the next few days as we settle back down the whole team will be working hard to ensure that you're receiving the service that you deserve. We're looking to come back from this experience better and stronger than ever.

不是高手中的高手是不敢轻易黑国家机构来当展示的,高级的黑客可是不会玩当机这手,一般最多做为技术展示,因为客户不论在哪里都能看到效果,他们都以偷核心资料为生,一个单子的收入可能就够常人活一辈子喽,象这次删数据资料这种风格的黑客,可能也是某人的技术展示,目的还是为了通过此证明实力来接某个项目,因为他们出手前都需要预付款,这个数额可是不小的
