SSL的IP封了麻烦翻译下(已解决问题)

我买了SSL证书但是IP还是封了..然后我换了系统但是已经是第7天了..
一直是这样的提示Current Hosting Account Status: Pending Account Change
我写信到GD    回信说什么我看不明白

Bother you to give a hand reading the account going down mtko. . My IP has been sealed off having changed system but already several day. Have not gone into effect till now. Thank you
