你需要再提交一个ticket给gd，说明你已经cancel 了这个物品，要求退款。
一般3～7天就可以退款了。会退款到你原来支付的账户上，如果是giftcard支付，就退到giftcard上。


这个嘛。要看时间，理论上来说，再 没有人和你抢的情况下，时间不会超过1年.当然你还是可以问问客服。
