帮测一下网站能打开吗？

ping IP都是能ping通的，但是一直打不开，帮忙测一下吧，谢谢。

测试结果,不能打开!!

是什么原因呢？代理就能打开。但ip肯定是没被封掉。

第一个应该是IP 被封了
第二个可以访问

2个都是一个帐号里面的，IP是一样的。

可能是上午改了IP，我这边已经是一样的了。
