Here are instructions on how to clear the cookies for various browsers:
Internet Explorer 6.x - Windows
Within IE, go to Tools Internet Options.
Click Delete Cookies.
Click OK.
Internet Explorer 7.x - Windows
Within IE, go to Tools Internet Options.
Click on the General tab and then click the Delete... button.
Click the Delete cookies button.
Click the Yes button.
Then click the Close button, followed by the OK button.
Internet Explorer - Mac
On a Classic OS machine, go to Edit Preferences. On OS X go to Explorer Preferences.

看不起人……我回了最后一封,并同时准备找别的虚拟主机商:
IT IS NOT THE BROWSER'S WRONG. I have used internet for at least 10 years.
I met 3 problems:
first, sometimes can not connect to my website,
second, sometimes it give me a 500 interal ERROR.
third, sometimes the database can not connect by my website's program/
These problems start the recent 2~3 days.
WHY YOU NOT TO CHECK YOUR MACHINE'S STATUS?????
然后客服们一直没有回信,下午再ping一下,发现恢复正常了。
总结:开头太礼貌了,导致浪费口水。其中我还填了份调查问卷,骂了一通。如果对服务有把握怀疑的话,直接开骂,居高临下。
