求救斑竹啊，系统这么久不生效，应该怎么办啊
在上个星期三晚上更换的操作系统，到今天面版还没生效 ，IP也没变，给他们发了几封邮件，他们的回复是：

我发的邮件原件是参考斑竹你的。

我发给他们的邮件大意是：
我的当前主持的帐户情况： 等待帐户变动112个小时，请检查它我。谢谢。
请求帐户立刻成为有效的。
他们却说要等最高技术人员帮我解决，我只是更换下系统，怎么这么麻烦，已经等他们最高技术人员解决也等了1天了，也没反映，斑竹我应该怎么搞啊。
