We can offer a one time move to another server at no charge, that currently isn't blocked, however there is always a possibility of the server becoming blocked again. We will not be able to move your account around our servers all the time and you will need to seek alternative solutions.
Please let us know if you require any of the following:
ASP - Active Server Pages Support ($1.00/month per domain or subdomain)
JSP - Java Server Pages Support ($2.00/month per domain or subdomain)
mySQL 4.0 or 4.1 or 5.x (Please confirm which you require, new servers are 5.x and all servers are being upgraded to 5.x eventually)
PHP 4 or 5
PHP exec(), system(), or dl() functions
Please let us know if you have any of the following currently:

MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using the 'backup' option via cPanel. You have the option here as well to backup the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well. These are recommended when considering a move of the account.

SSL Certificate - (Provide Domain it is enabled for)
Email Defense: - (Provide domain(s) it is enabled for)
Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here)
