Unfortunately no, the script is not a normal JS script as you can also check it. If this is hard to believe this then you are free to contact a JS specialist that will be able to explain you exactly what are those scripts doing. We charge $75 for restoring from our backups, because you don't have the premium restore available for your account. We normally charge $75.00 per hour for technician time (with a minimum one hour charge) to restore files deleted or altered due to customer error. With Premium Restore service, your restore will be given priority, you can specify which file or files to restore and choose from several days of historical data to restore all for no charge.
Since you don't have this option there is now way to skip this charge for restoring your database. I have provided you all the data that you need, that will have to make you understand that this was not caused by a server issue.
I also have to remind you that we only keep our backups for 3-5 days, and if the restoring request will be done after this time interval, we won't be able to restore something for you.
Since you conclusion was that this issue was caused by a "server error" we are ready to listen your point of view, but I want to remind you, that we have provided you logs and the files that have been used to gain access to your account.
Thank you!
