能不能换和客服有关系的，有的态度好些，有的不好。但是至少把独立ip退掉是没问题的

谢谢大漠超版回复，我是提交的ticket,这个客服的态度还是不错，只是觉得HM的办事态度有问题。当初我告诉客服，让他帮我再换一个独立ＩＰ的时候，他的回信如下：
Hello, Unfortunately you have already had you ip changed and our Admins are refusing to change your IP again. If you site is constantly getting blocked by the Chinese firewall, they constantly changing your IP isn't going to help, they are delibrately blocking you. Besides, if we assign your account another IP and China decides to block it again, they can block just that IP or they could block an entire range of our IP's. That would be extremely bad because other Chinese accounts who get assigned a dedicated IP that was in that range would already be blocked. Therefore we deny your request to have your dedicated IP changed. Thanks
然后我回信如下：
I used a shared IP before. Maybe some other people used that shared IP and did some illegal activities.And then Chiese firewell blocked it.So I bought a dedicated IP from you. But when you gave me this dedicated IP,i cannot visit it normally from China.My website has been made for almost half a year.So I donot think the problem is on my domain name.Now I asking you change a new dedicated IP for me.If you cannot do that,please refund me the whole money that i paid for the dedicated IP.
结果他们就没有消息了，也没说退我款，也没有说给我换独立IP。
